Return & Refund Policy

At GoFresh Mart, we strive to provide you with the freshest groceries and a hassle-free shopping experience. Since we are a multivendor marketplace, return and refund rules may vary based on the type of product and vendor. This policy outlines the general guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

a) Perishable Items

  • Items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, meat, and other fresh groceries are non-returnable due to their short shelf life.

  • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if the item is:

    • Damaged

    • Expired

    • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

b) Non-Perishable Items

  • Packaged foods, beverages, household goods, and other non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 2 days of delivery, if they meet the following conditions:

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Return Process

  • For issues with delivery (damaged/expired/incorrect items), please raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear photos (if applicable).

  • Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after successful verification of the returned/complained product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer after customer confirmation.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched.

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • The Company/vendor reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Vendor-Specific Policies

As GoFresh Mart hosts multiple vendors, some products may be covered under vendor-specific return/refund policies. Customers are advised to review product details before placing an order.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer changed their mind after delivery.

  • Product has been consumed, used, or tampered with.

  • Delay caused due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, lockdowns).
